Earning Codes
Earning Codes (also known in many payroll systems as pay codes, hour types, etc.) are the codes used to categorize the different types of time paid. For example, REG/Regular, OT/Overtime, HOL/Holiday, VAC/Vacation, etc. These codes as well as description are entirely user defined. Once defined, the Earning Codes can be assigned to specific Calculation Rules and modified therein. Please see next Tab- General for setup information.
