Hot Link Groups (Utilities)

Hot Link Groups allows you to group Hot links already created so they can be assigned as a group to individual users. The main screen will give you a list of Groups already created. From this screen you can select Add to create a new Hot Link Group, Save as Copy to clone a similar Hot Link Group, or Delete to eliminate a Hot Link Group. To Save as Copy or Delete, use the check box to the right.

To create a Hot Link Group:

• Hot Link Name- First enter the Hot Link Name of the Hot Link Group
• Description- Enter a description of the Hot Link Group
• Available Hot Links/Scheduled Hot Links- Select the Hot Links to be included from the Available list, click Add. The Hot Link will now be in the Selected window
• Add All- This will simply move all Hot Links Available to the Selected Window
• Remove- Use to remove a selected Hot Link from the Selected window
• Remove All- Moves all Hot Links from the Selected Window back to the Available window
• Save- Click Save when done
