Installing

Web Application Installation

The below screen appears when clicked on the Timeadvantage.exe (Webapplication\Timeadvantage.exe). Click on Next to proceed.




Select the first option ‘I accept the terms in the license in the agreement’. The enables the next button. Now Click on Next button.

 


Select either the SQL server or the MSDE available over the network. If the server selected does not exist, then installation halts and throws an exception. Next select SQL Server Authentication. Enter Login ID and password. After entering Server, Login ID and Password, click on Next Button.



 


Enter the SMTP address of your mail server.

Click Next



Time Advantage will install to C:\Program Files\Time Advantage\. To change the installation path click the Change button. When done click Next.




Click Install to begin Installation.


The installation process will take several minutes.


When complete click Finish.




After successful installation three Icons will be added to Desktop and in the Programs folder. Click the Time Advantage Admin Button to start the setup.
