Preparing for Installation
Framework 1.1
Before installing Time Advantage it is necessary to make sure .Net Framework 1.1 is installed and activated.
- First go into Windows Explorer.
- Open the Windows directory.
- Open the Microsoft.Net folder.
- Open the Framework folder. Look for the 1.1 folder.
To Install or activate Framework 1.1 and also IIS (Internet Information Services):
- Go to Control Panel. Select Add or Remove Programs.
- Select Add/Remove Windows Programs.
- Make sure Application Server is checked then highlight and click the Detail button.
- On the next screen check ASP.Net and Internet Information Services (ISS) Do not uncheck anything that is already checked.
- Click Next and follow instructions.
